Bye Bye Twenty-Twelve

It's December 31st, also known as, New Year's Eve. The last day of the year 2012. And what a wonderful year it has been, yeah? Ah c'mon, it's been good. Awesome, even! Yes? :) It has been good :D I'm gonna take a look back at some of my favourite parts.

I'm gonna start with music because we've have some memorable songs this year ^_^ I'm gonna start with the one that broke 1,000,000,000 views on Youtube. Yes, PSY's Gangnam Style. I remember the first time I heard this. A-M-A-Zing song ^_^ Of course, you're probably sick of hearing this song. But it never get's old. I do wish to one day learn the words!! What made this song even better was that I was at a pantomime recently and Twink performed this live on stage. It was epic!! Even more epic since she was dressed in the suit and everything :D

The next song I'm gonna mention is Scissor Sisters' Let's Have A Kiki. I love this song... so sooo much. Mainly because my nickname is Kiki. One of my favourites from this year! Doesn't need much explanation really.

And finally... It's Carly Rae Jepsen! Yes, Call Me Maybe. One of the anthems of 2012 ^_^ Go away if you don't agree!!

Yes, it's been a wonderful year for music :P What next? Let me see... We had the release of Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2. One of the best Pokémon games I've ever played. I've also learned the delights of League of Legends too. At the start of this year, I played a lot of Dragon Age: Origins. One of my favourites. I know it's not a 2012 game but it's one of my 2012 memories!! I've played many other games too... I just can't think of them :/ Oh!! Minecraft! Yes, I played a good bit this year. Didn't accomplish much... but I still played a good bit :D The Chickenator 5000 was fun to make :D

The Chickenator 5000

Music. Games. What else? Socials? Well, there was my 20th birthday which was rather memorable in that I spent it in a different country surrounded by people I'd just met.. It was a fun night to be fair. I remember Jagerbombs and an R2D2 costume... That is all. Oh... and Tequila. I went to see two concerts this year - Florence + The Machine and Lady Gaga. Both absolutely amazeballs!! Florence has an UNREAL voice on her. And one of the best live performers I've ever seen. Gaga is the same - one of the best live performers I've ever seen. That means now that the total number of Gaga concerts I've been to is 3. We made t-shirts for the occasion ^_^ I'm SOOOO artistic!

I suppose another noticable thing about 2012 is that I got my first real job. I was a kitchen porter in a pub in Georgeham. It was a good experience. Once I got to college, I became a tutor. That was also an experience.. I think I'll stay unemployed for as long as I can. Or maybe just become self employed...

Anything else happen in 2012? Let's look at my college year... I got a 1H for my 2nd year. I became a Peer Support Leader, Class Rep, Deputy SEFS Rep, LGBT Society Finance Officer, Chinese Soc Secretary and now Chinese Soc Auditor. Not TOO shabby. Oh! And yes, tutor! For 1st year Mechanics. Quite a lot to take on but sure... YOYO! (You're only young once). Screw that YOLO crap!

I'm afraid I'll have to leave it there. I'm terribly tired. I was up late last night watching Toddlers & Tiaras and I was up at 7am this morning.. *yawns*

Have a very Happy New Year everyone. And I'll see you again in 2013 ^_^ Byyyyyyyyyyyyyyeeee!!

League of Legends - Play Time!!

Hello there :D It's time for another blog post. And yes, you've guessed it. League of Legends!

First off, if you'd like to sign up to the game and play (it's free and totally awesome), you can join by clicking here. I'll run through a bit about the game if you've not heard of it. I've written about this game once before (which can be found @ League Of Legends). Since then, I've played a bit more and got the hang of the game a bit better. It's such fun ^_^

Do you like combat games? Tactical games? Even a bit of magic? League of Legends is a free online game. You download the game and play it from your laptop (or whatever gadget you have) with an internet connection. There are over 100 Champions to choose from. They let you use about 10-15 free Champions which change now and then, or you can unlock characters permanently by buying them. Personally, I love playing as Teemo. To quote myself, "Teemo is a ranged fighter who specializes in poisons. His poison darts infect the enemy and they take magic damage every second. He can also lay mushroom bomb which are pretty cool!". So pick a Champion and get practicing ^_^

I found it a tough game to get into - there's a steep learning curve, especially since you play against random people who would have experience. But don't let that deter you - you'll pick it up fast. You can set up matches with friends and add other players to your friend list. My advice would be to look up the Champions' attacks/abilities before fighting and pick your favourite. And from there, you can learn to work with them. Once you get a hang of the controls, expand your pool of Champions. So far, I've stayed playing with Teemo just because I wanna learn the best way to fight with him.

So, a little bit about the game. There are two modes to play in - Classic and Dominion. In Classic, it's just fighting 3v3 or 5v5 in Twisted Treeline or Summoners Rift respectively. You fight to destroy your enemy's Nexus. In Dominion, it's 5v5 and you fight to keep your Nexus from reaching 0 health before the enemy's Nexus (the health is falling continuosly). You have to fight your way through enemy Champions, turrets, inhibitors and minions to destroy the enemy Nexus. It's lots of fun! :D

Some Champions specialize in magic attacks, others rely on brute force physical attack. So do experiment until you find the Champions right for you. You also collect gold for kills and you can spend this in the shop during the game to buy weapons and items to help you out. Gaining experience opens up your movepool and increases your level and every level counts because even a single level can mean the difference between killing an enemy or not.

The level cap is 18, but sometimes you can win games by just getting to level 10ish. The shortest game I ever played was about 10 minutes. The 3v3 games last an average of 15-20 minutes whereas the 5v5 games can go on to be almost 45 minutes depending how good the players are.

Outside of battles, you can increase your powers through Masteries and Runes. Masteries upgrade some powers such as armour, magic penetration, health regeneration, or reduced cooldown on abilities through Mastery Points (you get one per level - I mean you're profile level, not per level you increase in battle). Runes have a similar effect but you can buy runes and combine them.

So there's a quick runthrough of the game. Do have a go, it's great fun! And it's free too :) If you want to add me, my username is elitebibi. Here's the link again if you wanna sign up >>> This. Is. The. Link.

Happy playing ^_^

Woo!! Christmas Holidays ^_^

Hey everyone!! It's been a while.. a very long while... So I'll try throw in as much as possible here :D

First off, I'm on my Christmas holidays. PRAISE THE LORD! No more college until January 7th - but we do have a few assignments to do over Christmas... Stupid lecturers :(

Over the last few weeks, most of my time has been spent in college or doing college work. Apart from that, I've been doing some society work. Which means I had little time to myself, let alone enough time to write blog posts.

I got some new t-shirts. They're AWESOME! I'm far too lazy to take a picture of them to upload so here are pictures of them from the net... I love Qwertee t-shirts so much :D They're so damn cool!

You Shall Not Pass!

Nostalgia

To continue on with the Pokémon theme - I've been playing a lot of Pokémon Black 2. It's by far my favourite game so far in terms of post-elite-four things to do. Between Join Avenue, Black City as well as numerous others things, I've just been having so much fun. Especially with online trades!! I got myself a shiny Sableye recently :D All I had to trade was a Mawile. Woo!! Shiny Pokémon :D

What else have I been up to? Oh yes! Of course - I was elected Auditor of UCC Chinese Society on Thursday. How's that for random? :) I've been on the committee since July and our Auditor resigned 2 weeks ago. So I stepped up to become the new one. The best thing is - I don't have a word of Chinese! It's quite funny :) But I'll do my best for the society, don't you worry!

10 days ago, I was at the UCC Maths Ball.
*NNNNNEEEEERRRRRDDDDD*
And it was SOOOOOOOO much fun. I had the best tie - I got it for 50p in a shop in England when I was there for the Summer. It had maths things on it ^_^

Fo Shizzle My Nerdizzles

Ain't it epic?? What other epic things have I done recently... I finally tucked into my strawberry flavoured chocolate that I brought home from Belgium. It's tasty! I've been making lasagne a lot lately because it's cheap and tasty. It's tasty! I watched Resident Evil: Retribution last night. Without having watched any of the previous ones. It's tasty! Speaking of tasty - I watched Aladdin the other night. Jasmine is tasty! Also, Robin Williams - what a man. Mrs. Doubtfire. Aladdin. Jumanji. Epic man!! *rant rant rant*

Games! Yes, games. I must play more over Christmas. Last year I spent 56-60 hours playing Dragon Age: Origins over the space of 4 days. Dedication! Or.. Obsession! I also must play more League of Legends. I bought Teemo recently :D YAY!!! SO MUCH LOVE!!! I ALMOST DIED OF HAPPINESS WHEN I BOUGHT HIM! SO CUTE :D *lowers voice* And finally - Bioshock. Must finish! And Dante's Inferno. That too. Plus loads more that I can't think of. Woo games!!

Huh. I've run out of things to talk about... WAIT! Christmas! Of course, how did I forget :/ Santa is coming soon!!! But I don't know what I want to get.. What should I get? Actually, there is one thing I want - a new schoolbag. My current one is not that nice.. and doesn't hold that much. Plus, I've had it for years and one strap is broken.. So a new schoolbag is in order :D And, I must buy my iPod after Christmas once the sales come in. I've been saving up for an iPod. Be so much handier than playing music off of my phone. Plus it'll have much more storage!

*stomach rumbles* I should go eat. I've been up for hours playing Pokémon and haven't even had breakfast yet. I know, I'm a mess. I've came to that conclusion weeks ago. So buh-bye!! Enjoy Christmas if I don't see you before then ^_^

Questions & Answers 1

1. Will you father my children?? I've been reading your blog for the last few months and you've really inspired me to become a better person and start my own blog (bloggy fidelma). Please accept my proposal.

Answer: Huh. Well, I would (I guess). But I don't know who you are, where you're from, or anything about you in fact. So this poses a bit of a problem if I am going to try impregnate you. What's your number and we can sort a date? ;) I really hope we have ginger kids.

I must say - THIS is why I wrote my blog. To inspire others. I'm super happy that you have been inspired by me to become a better person. The world needs better people! Once our kids are born, we can show them what amazing people we are and teach them how to spread the word. And they'll start a new religion based on our teachings. Sound good?

2. So what's your plan for after college?

Answer: My plan after college? :/ Huh. That's a toughie. Initially my plan was to get a job with an actuarial firm or something like that. But I don't know... I would really love to travel the world. But for that I need money. So I think my best option is to work for a while and save up some money so that I can travel. I'm still young - I have time ^_^

3. You're a bit of a cunt. Wait that's not a question. Why are you such a cunt?

Answer: 'Cunt' is a word that primarily describes the female genitalia. So I'm going to assume you mean vagina. What else could you be talking about??

LOL. No really. I believe being a cunt is a matter of perception. So just because you perceive me to be such doesn't make me so. Take this picture for example - Do you see an old or young woman? Just because you see it as one doesn't mean it's not the other ^_^

Old Or Young Woman?

4. Ah now, all jokes aside. Seriously, why are you such a cunt? I'm genuinely curious at this point.

Answer: Refer to my above answer. Perception, my good lad, perception.

5. CUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNT!!!

Answer: Ah now! That's not even a question!!

Yeah, so there were the questions I was asked. And those are my answers. If you would like to ask me more questions, please refer to my old blog post Quick Fire Questions to find out how ^_^

See y'all later...

Keep The Faith

As Finance Officer of the UCC LGBT society, I traveled to Brussels on October 30th to represent the society at a 4-day conference held by IGLYO (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Youth and Student Organisation). Keep The Faith was the name of this conference and its purpose was to promote inter cultural and inter religious (ICIRD) in the LGBTQ youth sector.

In layman's terms, the conference was held to advocate interaction of religion, race and sexuality. Over 40 people attended this conference, representing over 40 different organisations from 24 countries. As such, there was a huge gathering of various cultures, religions and sexuality which is exactly what we needed: Diversity. I must say, it was an invaluable experience. As well as learning about diversity and all that comes with that, I made some wonderful friends in those few days. It was amazing to meet so many activists and see how we all have a common goal even though we work for different organisations in different countries. That common goal is to promote ethnic, religious and sexual diversity.

Every day of the conference, we started at 9.30am and finished around 7.30pm at night, so it was a tiring 4 days. We covered topics such as resolving conflict and campaign planning to multiculturalism and ethnic, linguistic and social challenges within LGBTQ communities. But it wasn't all lectures and talks with a speaker telling us what’s right and what’s wrong. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Every session was interactive. It ranged from small one-on-one discussions to big group debates.

Some Of Our Teamwork

Outside of talks and debates (which often became very heated), I took part in the numerous practical sessions. One of which was a World Café. Splitting into 8 groups, we talked about the current situation with regards to LGBT issues. After 5 minutes of a discussion in our groups, we mixed up and formed new groups. From then, we went through the general view of LGBT issues. Finally, after another swap, we brought up what we could do as individuals to help make the situation better. It was very interesting to see how even though I conversed with different people each time, the same issues and solutions came up.

Despite the seriousness of some arising topics, the conference was so much more than a 4-day long discussion. On the first night, we attended a forum on ‘Conversations about Culture, Religion and LGBT’.  This was where we saw a panel of activists speaking about their organisations and how they promote ICIRD, followed by a controversial Q&A session. The night ended with a wine reception and nibbles!

Our second day ended with an extremely impromptu intercultural dancing party. It started off with one girl asking me about Irish dancing, and from there we had a Siege of Ennis going in no time! From being involved in my short Irish dance, others taught us dances from their countries. In no time we were dancing to Greek music, Israeli music and Portuguese music. Once the list of countries was exhausted, we finished the night with the Macarena. Of course, nobody needed to be taught the steps to that!

Group Photo Just Before Our Tour Of Brussels

The closing ceremony was perhaps the most emotional event I've experienced in a while. Each attendee, armed with a special tealight in hand, stood together to form a circle. One of the prep team lit their candle and started off with their words of thanks. The flame was passed to the next person and they said their few words. Each speech was as moving as the last. By the time the last person spoke, tears of joy and sadness were flowing. It was our final night together.

Our Last Night Out Together

Not only had we become great friends over the 4 days, we had become family. As one girl mentioned to me before leaving the following day, ‘now you have to go couch-surfing across Europe to visit everyone!’. Truer words have never been spoken.

If I Were A Girl

So here's a new one. What it'd be like if I was a girl. Don't even ask me where I got this idea from but I said I'd try write it anyway...

So. I wake up some morning and I'm a girl for a day. And yes, a girl. Not a woman. I consider myself a boy, not a man. So equivalently, I would be a girl ^_^

I'll start off with this picture... This came from a website called Dragulator which was introduced to me one day by a friend of mine. So of course, I took advantage of this opportunity and made myself a drag queen XD

Azealia Wanks

Of course, Azealia Wanks is a drag name version of Azealia Banks. You must know who she is... the song 212? She sings that! ^_^

Anyway, back to the main point :/ Me as a girl. What would my name be? I'm guessing it'd have to be Kiera or Keira. I actually like both of them. If I was to pick a different name, I dunno WHAT to pick but I'll go with Louisa (because it's the first name that popped into my head).

And now for the fun bit! As a girl, I would avoid female underwear because it's SOOOO frilly and just... just... just no! Male boxers all the way because girls in boxers is SEXY. Come on, girls in boxers is sexy! As for the bra, yes I would wear a bra and I would call him Bob. For the rest of my clothes, screw dresses... jeans and a shirt! I'm such a tomboy! No make up because I don't really like girls in make up because most of them overdo it... Anybody agree with me?

Jodie Marsh
It looks like her face is about to fall off... it'll peel down from the top ^_^

So that's for how I'd dress. The boobs would take some getting used to alright. Putting off my balance I think would be the biggest problem (because in fairness, I'd have shapely, firm bosoms!). But taking away all that, they would be such a hit with people! If you wanted a feel, cop it. I'm not a whore but I fully believe that boobs are God's gift so they should be shared with EVERYONE XD

I would take advantage of being a girl for a day by either getting with a really hot lesbian or fit straight guy... Yeah :P Sorry, but I would!! When in Rome! YOYO! You're only young once! No more details for you!

Right... so the kids should stay away from this next paragraph...

** Warning **
Sexually Explicit Content
** Warning **

The female orgasm. It has to be done! Experiencing an orgasm that's 4 times longer than the male orgasm, well.. that HAS to be good! Combine that with multiple orgasms! And now we have a party. Yes, this would be on the agenda... Multiple female orgasms. As I said, YOYO ^_^

What else is there? I'd probably avoid my family because I am NOT going to spend my one day as a girl explaining it to the family... 'Tis just easier. Ooh! Long hair! Want! I'd love to have REALLY long hair for that day too. Mainly because so far, my hair hasn't been cut since May. That's a LONG time for me...

Right, so... Clothes. Done. Name. Done. Sex. Done. Hair. Done. Shopping - not even going there! Boobs. Done. Ah! I suppose I'd first have to get permission to leave my kitchen that day... LOL I'm not a sexist. I just mock everyone equally :P

So there ya go... BOOBS.. :D

Quick Fire Questions

Hey everyone! Long time no see..
Yes, it's been a while.
All this college stuff is getting in the way of my blogging.
But hey, I'm still finding the time even if it is as quarter to two in the morning!!

I really didn't know what to do for this post and then it hit me. Question time!!

Here's what I mean;

I really do like feedback. So comment on my posts anyway :D
But right now, I'm looking for questions. Take a few seconds and think of something to ask me. It can be about ANYTHING. Literally. ANYTHING at all... And I will compile all the questions and give my answers in another post sometime.

I really would like some engagement with my blog readers.
Also, in terms of feedback, anything you can give me is good. Whether it's something you like about my page or something you feel could use a bit of improvement... or even something you totally dislike about my blog. Just say so ^_^

That's all I'm going to say for tonight. Looking forward to all of your questions :D

Pokémon Black 2

Today's the day! Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 were released in Ireland today ^_^ This makes me super happy. So happy in fact that I bought Pokémon Black 2 at 10.52am this morning and it cost me €34.19 in HMV... That's €37.99 with a 10% student card. I love having a student discount.

Box Art For The Games

I didn't know a lot about the game before I bought it. But I've been playing Pokémon since Christmas 2000 when I got Pokémon Yellow and a purple Gameboy Colour from Santa.

BEST. CHRISTMAS. PRESENT. EVER.

Ever since then, I've been addicted to playing Pokémon (as you should be able to tell from my blog [notice the Pokémon label I have]). So I reckon Black 2 was a worthwhile investment for me ^_^

So, I'm just gonna ramble on about a few new details in the game.

*** SPOILERS ALERT ***

Before buying the game, I found out a few things about the new Unova region...

The first was that Unova is now host to many foreign Pokémon. As in, those not naturally from the Unova region. This makes the Unova Pokédex for this game go all the way to 300! And that's with Victini at #000 so technically there are 301 Pokémon to see before filling up the Unova dex. WOW.

The next thing I heard was that they FINALLY brought back rivals :D There hasn't been a rival in a Pokémon game since 2nd Gen (Gold/Silver/Crystal) so I'm really excited that that's back. I hope they make good use of your rival in the game...

And the last thing I found out about the game before buying it was that the breeding mechanics were updated to make it easier to breed Pokémon effectively for competitive battling. This makes me smile in places that only my doctor should know about :D

Actually... there was one more thing I learned... but this was earlier today when I was reading the instruction manual of the game (yes, I'm that person!). You can 'Memory Link' your earlier version of Black or White with Black 2 or White 2 and this can allow you to access some in-game events that wouldn't happen otherwise. My favourite of these being that you are able to catch N's Pokémon in the wild!! N was in Black and White and it seems that each time you beat him, he got a new party and released his old team. So these released Pokémon become available in the wild in Black 2 and White 2 once you use Memory Link. Here's a link which takes you to a page that explains all this rubbish I've rambled on about...

So, today at roughly 7pm today, I started my adventure in the new Unova region. By new, I mean that Black 2 is set two years later than Black and the region has undergone some changes. New areas appeared. New Pokémon have come to the region. Etc etc etc. ANYWAY... I started off in my hometown of Aspertia City which is home to the first Unova gym in Black 2 [I'm just gonna say Black 2 because that's the one I got... but the details are the same for White 2].

The graphics have been updated since Black which is AWESOME! I'm really looking forward to the new challenges ahead in this game. And I'm going to make the best of this file and only keep properly IV (Individual Value) and EV (Effort Value) trained Pokémon in it. Well... maybe apart from my party Pokémon. I can't really help their IVs but I'll probably EV train them. Pokénerd here ^_^ If you don't understand what EVs and IVs are, I suggest you read up on them as they are essential for competitive battling.
Here's a post I wrote a while back in which I explain EVs in depth -> Effort Value Training

Oh! And here's another link -> IVs.
This one explains IVs. I didn't write this one though :P

So now that I've moved away from that tangent about training... I'm just gonna say that I'm starting with Snivy. Because Snivy is cute. And Grass type. And has an AMAZING hidden ability which I hope to sometime secure. Although this will be impossible with my starter Snivy. Oh well...

Ain't He Cute?

And so begins my journey throughout Unova. I'm looking forward to the challenges and pray this game is worth the 90% of store price which I paid for it ^_^

R.I.P. Molly

And now for something completely different...

This is going to be a tribute to Molly, who was our cute little, ginger kitten. She was only a few months old. On my way home last night, we saw her lifeless on the road outside our house. The victim of a car collision. I carried her off the road and she was still warm... Poor little Molly... :(

Just before I went over to Devon for the summer, Molly just started to trust us and come in to the house. So I didn't get much time with her fluffiness before leaving for two months. Once I came back, she was very happy with strolling into the kitchen, grabbing some food and settling down somewhere in the sitting room for a nap. She also loved being petted and adored receiving cuddles from me.

Here are a few pictures of the pretty little kitty.

Only A Few Weeks Old

Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty, Little Ball Of Furr...

Happy Kitty, Sleepy Kitty, Purr Purr Purr...

Molly On My Lap

I also have a short video of little Molly playing and purring. And falling off my lap! She was so cute and loving. Enjoy ^_^

That was the first video I uploaded to my YouTube channel.
You can find my YouTube channel here.

Anyway, that's about all I have on Molly. She was an adorable kitty (as you should be able to tell from the video). She was very intelligent too.

Rest in peace, little Molly.

Finally... Another [Nuzlocke] Post!

Hey losers! I finally got a chance to write a new post. This whole 'coming into college to use the internet' is not what I wanna be doing for the rest of the year. WE NEED INTERNETS IN MY HOUSE. NAO! But now that I'm here and writing, I'll just get on with it.

So it's been a LONG time since I said anything about my Nuzlocke challenge in Pokémon Firered. Lots to catch up on!! I'll start with my battle with Erika. That seems logical as the last time, I left you dripping wet with anticipation of how the battle went.

I started off by sending out Flash first seeing as anything Erika would throw at me would be destroyed by Sleep Powder and Dream Eater. Of course, I was correct...

Not A Sweat Was Broken, Nor A Fuck Given

Next, Tangela came out and so Sonic took the floor. One Wing Attack shattered little Tangela. Oh well. This really was an uneventful fight. Until Vileplume arrived onto the battle field. So I threw Cynder into the ring to finish the battle off. Funny enough, Ember wasn't strong enough to take out Vileplume in one hit so Cynder sustained a hit from Stun Spore. But a second blast from Ember sent Vileplume crawling back where she came from. My reward for this pathetic battle was 2900 Pokédollars, TM19 Giga Drain and the Rainbow Badge. With the Rainbow Badge, Mimien will finally obey me properly in battle ^_^

Once Erike was beaten, I decided to take on Fuschia City so that I could find the Move Deleter. Cynder needed to lose Cut and Penny needed to lose Flash. They had to go, they were holding me back! Unfortunately, it's been a while since I played Pokémon so once I strolled towards Cycling Road, I bumped into Snorlax blocking the way. FFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! So yeah, that plan was scrapped. Instead, I doubled back and took on the Rockets in the Game Corner.

Very straight forward really... faint a few Pokémon, kick a few asses, pick up a few items, spin wildly on movement panels that would cause most people to vomit... et cetera. Nothing spectacular to see under the Game Corner. These Rockets are just annoying little buggers more than anything. Expecially with Koffing threatening to Selfdestruct at any moment and killing your Pokémon. Which is BAD in a Nuzlocke Challenge. Luckily, that didn't happen to me ^_^ And once all the little cretins were out of the way, it was time to take on the big man - Giovanni. The start of the battle was a breeze! However, once Kangaskhan came out... the shit really hit the fan! I sent out Twister to fight this battle. Two Secret Powers did just enough damage to remove over two-thirds of the enemies health. But after my second one hit, Kangaskhan hit back HARD with a critical hit Mega Punch... which... well...

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Yes... Twister bit the dust.. That's two Pokémon dead now. Suckish!! Once Giovanna was defeated and there were no more casualties after Twister, I picked up my Silph Scope as my prize and left. Lucky for me, I had a spare Pidgey in the PC. Well actually I have more than one spare! It was Saorview's time to shine. This is a Lvl 3 Pidgey [which I caught really early in the game]. It took a bit of training but eventually, Saorview became stronger and faster until it reached level 34 to join my other party Pokémon and out-perform Twister. It was at this time that I took on Lavender Tower.

Battling my Rival Cillian was probably easier than some of the Rockets I faced in the Game Corner. With such a huge level advantage, I thrashed my rival when I entered the first floor of Lavender Tower. I proceeded upwards to the topmost floor. In my travels, I caught myself a Gastly. What sucks is that I can never get a Gengar because I can't trade from an emulator... :( Ah well.. After a few battles against the ghostly trainers in the tower, I came to face the Ghost.

That's Not A Pokémon!

Yes. A Ghost. The Silph Scope reveals this ghost to be nothing more than the poor Marowak that was killed by Team Rocket. Unfortunately you can't catch this Pokémon as it's a ghost... but once you kill it, it lays to rest. Seems kinda weird. Surely you'd thing it'd be angered or something? Following the traumatic experience of having to battle a ghost, 3 more Rocket's stood in my way. They are so annoying!!! After a few minutes of licking ass.. I mean, kicking ass, I found Mr. Fuji. After taking me to his home [and butt raping me several times], he passed on his Pokéflute. It was now time to wake that Snorlax and find that Move Deleter!

Don't you just hate it when you go to do something and in order to do that, you have to overcome some obstacle. And that obstacle requires further time and energy because you must go and complete another task first... and eventually you get so pissed off because you find yourself fixing your car so you can drive to the store to pick up some lubricating oil to lossen the joints of the ladder you want to use to reach your toolbox which contains the screwdriver you need to open the back of the TV remote so you can change the batteries in order to watch your favourite TV show. That's exactly how I felt after Erika's gym battle when I wanted to get to the Move Deleter...

I was finally ready to go. And then thought, "Hold on now... When I go to the Move Deleter, Cynder and Penny will be short on a move" and that led me to buy TM45 Attract for Penny. While in that train of thought, I ventured just north of that sleeping Snorlax on Route 16 in order to grab HM2 Fly. On my way there, I passed a guy...

I Came Through The Back Door... DUH

Alarm bells rang in my head. He's definitely talking about some kind of sex.. It's obvious! Sorry.. sex in my head... BACK TO POKÉMON! I grabbed HM2, battled Snorlax, caught Snorlax, nicknamed Snorlax (Lax. Creative, yes I know!), cycled down Cycling Road while avoiding trainers and I FINALLY reached Fuschia City *phew*

The Move Deleter got rid of those pesky HM moves I no longer wanted. I then taught Penny Attract. I went back onto Cycling Road to catch up on those battles I avoided. This was then I made such a silly mistake... Cynder grew to level 36 and started to evolve. I paused the emulator and pondered my predicament. Should I let him evolve and learn Wing Attack but daley the learning of other moves later on? Or should I not let Cynder evolve and miss out on Wing Attack? After a few minutes, I made my decision and I got myself a shiny new Charizard ^_^ Which then learned Wing Attack. After that, I went off and deleted Wing Attack and made him learn Fly. What the hell was I doing? I could have stayed with a Charmeleon for another while longer. Sure I was gonna teach Charizard Fly anyway... so why did I do it asap? Silly Kieran... :S Now it'll take Cynder more experience to grow levels...

And there we go. That's where I stopped playing and started college. Now I can play on and do more cool things ^_^  I must upload a picture of my party actually... Next post sure :D Until then, Happy Pokémon-ing!!
